DriverHow does the Unique Express team execute printing orders?
Information collection
The client's request - whether for printing or design - is received via email, phone call, WhatsApp, or by visiting the print shop directly.
Agreement
A detailed quote containing all specifications is sent to the client, along with a payment link or bank account details. The client is required to pay 50% of the total amount before work begins.
Execution
Once payment is confirmed and the client approves, the design phase begins. A preliminary draft is sent to the client for review and feedback before final approval.
After the design is approved and any requested amendments are made, the printing process begins.
Delivery
Orders are delivered free of charge within Abu Dhabi, or clients can pick them up directly from the press. For clients outside Abu Dhabi, orders are shipped to the specified location, with delivery costs calculated based on the destination.
